Child Marriages A Curse

Child marriage is cause of destruction for a society.Banning child marriage is foremost duty of legislation and lawmakers.

 I must say child marriage take place due to power and force. Mostly the 'force' is of customs , traditions or wrongly interpreted religion.Poverty is also one of the cause. Child marriage have clear disadvantages as something done under pressure of surrounding can't have healthy result. People symbolize destroying someone life who isn't even mature enough to handle one's affair as ' religious act '. I can't believe that why these double standards keep on ruling allover the country.Minorities are also targeted to this flaw of society. 

These customs are made due to old school of thought. As I look deep into it shows that men have superiority in them and lack of women rights resist in our society. Men, mostly the fathers in the family, decide to ruin their daughter's life. This is because daughters are picturized as a burden on the family may be due to being their honour and also their respect, affliction, love isn't present or may be poor parents can't afford them.Girls are so deprived of their rights that sometimes daughters at the time of birth aren't registered so that they can easily get escaped off her getting her married. In Pakistan , in many provinces girls are being purchased for certain money to get married. Such practices are conducted by rich brat's who have a 'good' image in the social circle. They pay heavy amount for such deals. And get married 'legally' .And that's why due to low self esteem ,the both parties sign the deal, just how disgusting and sad at same time. Past few months ago Maulana Salahuddin Ayubi,the lawmaker of JUI-F ,aged 64, got married to a 14 year old girl. I must say how ridiculous. This news was taken accountable by yeah only twitter and news bulletin. That's how things end up in our country(Pakistan).

 Now , this issue becomes more troublesome when the boys and girls life are totally destroyed mentally after this horrible nightmare of marriage. I think forcefully going to kitchen is even traumatic, how can one with no sense can live their life with someone forcefully?Tremendously awful.These kids suffer with mental trauma of social burdens. Girls are in pressure of getting pregnant early and have duty of handling his home and husband. Boys are under pressure of running their home in terms of earning. Sometimes boys are encouraged to act strictly and harshly towards their wives so that they could maintain their space and respect towards them. Such boys with no mentality and personal development leads to become a demon. And again the girl is victimized. As both themselves are under growth period so they don't give time to understand each other and such couples don't even think to live happily.

Mostly girls after young marriage doesn't look forward towards any kind of future for themselves. The most saddening but truth thing I believe is that they themselves can't recognize or understand there purpose of life.How can their underdeveloped minds have goals or ambitious with a interfering background? Unfortunately such girls are only trapped in chores of his husband and house. They can't breathe peacefully. Their education is interrupted.Even if their inlaws gives them such liberty to attend school , the society don't let them live.As such girls are piece of fun to everyone.

 Through out the country, girls are mostly traped in this tragedy and they get triggered to adverse health effects as well. WHO says girls who get pregnant in their early 15-17 have more death risk in contrast to those who expect in their late 20's. Such mom's child are either born disable or face health issues later on as their mothers are in capable of providing them good food as they themselves lack nutrition. Also in early marriages , girls hormones are more reactive, the girl conceive more rapidly and results in having more babies.This gives rise to population which is major issue of our country. With this huge family, boys are under pressure of feeding his family and such tensions prevail violence between family.

Ignoring all these extra burdens people still agree that girl should go to her home as early as possible. I do agree to some extent that it is good that boys and girls should marry on time as it protect them from things that are prohibited. It fulfills human desires. Also marriage gives a sense of responsibility on a person and not to depend upon others.Likewise to handle all affairs. A partner is there to support you in your ups and highs. You share your love and you feel complete also. And this is what every person crave for and its totally fair enough.Also it is considered that elders also face poverty issue as its a social problem of our country. But atleast adults can focus on solutions as it is part of life as well.

Marriage is basically a good thing in human civilization. It continues the growth of society. A partner is need of very adult in many terms.This should be conducted in a positive attitude. Getting married isn't a crime. But good timings should be practice. Things are never perfect but atleast basic laws should be enforced which should include 18+ marriages to be legal for both genders. Laws should renewed and practiced. Also masses should be addressed. But forcing isn't that needs to be conducted, this power play of authorities should be demolish. 

In this 21st century where we have indulge in development and technology, where we are connected to each other irrespective of long distances, where the world is full of opportunities, where critical thinking and communication solves huge problems. So in this  fast era we should kept reminding our selves to take care and maintain basic human rights in our lives. We should treat everyone with equal opportunities and to speak up for those who are suffering, better laws to be enforced and most importantly to normalize changing wrong concepts and rituals to make this  world a better place for everyone.
